Small group sessions allow participants to learn together while observing different horses, handlers, and training approaches throughout the session.

Preparing for Your Session
Participants should bring:

a halter and lead rope,

safe footwear,
-
weather-appropriate clothing,
-
and rewards appropriate for their horse when possible.
Sessions are adapted to the comfort and experience level of both horse and handler.
This helps the sessions feel real and approachable.
Educational Approach
Reins Free Horsemanship is structured as an educational coaching program where owners actively participate in the learning process alongside their horse.
Safety & Horse Welfare
Training focuses on clear communication, emotional regulation, and thoughtful progression while prioritizing horse and handler safety throughout the learning process.

Deposits are non-refundable regardless of attendance and secure travel scheduling.

Reins Free Facility / Environment Expectations
Sessions may take place in outdoor working environments or at client facilities. Indoor arenas are welcome when available at the client’s location.
Flexibility of Goals
Sessions are adapted to the individual goals, experience level, and learning pace of both horse and handler.
Group Session Clarification
Small group sessions are intended for pre-established groups interested in learning together in a collaborative educational environment.
Weather / Rescheduling
Because many sessions take place in practical outdoor environments, weather conditions may occasionally require scheduling adjustments for the safety and comfort of both horses and participants.
Whenever possible, scheduling changes will be communicated in advance and coordinated directly with participants and if necessary rescheduling will be arranged to accommodate participants and Reins Free.
Client facilities with indoor arenas may allow sessions to continue during some weather conditions.
