Introduction to Reward-Based Horsemanship

An introduction to reward-based horsemanship for both horse and human. Learn the foundations of marker training, target work, reinforcement timing, body language, and safe reward-based handling through guided hands-on instruction. Sessions are designed to help owners understand how horses learn and how to begin applying these concepts both on the ground and under saddle.

Building Communication, Body Control, and Partnership Through Reward-Based Training

Helping owners and horses young or old, build the language of communication through reward-based groundwork and practical handling skills. Foundation focuses on body control, spatial awareness, emotional regulation, and responsiveness while helping both horse and handler develop clarity, consistency, and confidence together. Exercises may include backing, lateral movement, shoulder and hindquarter control, obstacle work, transitions, and groundwork that supports both everyday handling and future ridden or driven communication.
